Even Semester Fees Payment Guide

Follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth payment process:

1. Login to the Portal:
– Go to mkcadmission.com .
– Enter your credentials to log in. Your username is your C.U Roll Number, and your password is your C.U Registration Number.

2. Access Student Dashboard:
– Once logged in, you will be directed to your Student Dashboard.

3. Navigate to Fee Payment:
– Look for a link labeled “Pay Even Semester Fees” on your Student Dashboard.

4. View and Confirm Due Amount:
– Click on the “Pay Even Semester Fees” link.
– A form will open displaying the due amount for your even semester fees.

5. Make Payment:
– Pay the due amount through the provided payment options.
– Ensure that the payment process is completed successfully.

6. Download Receipt:
– After successful payment, you can download the payment receipt from your Student Dashboard.
– Additionally, a copy of the receipt will be emailed to you for your records.

7. Submit Receipt to College Office:
– Once you have downloaded the receipt, make sure to submit a copy to the college office.

C.U Exam Fees Payment Guide

Candidates are required to go to CUEXAM.NETand fill up the examination form.

The exam form will mention the amount that you will have to pay the college.

Enter the amount mentioned in your examination form and pay the Fees.

The receipt will be available for DOWNLOAD in the NEXT PAGE and a copy of the receipt will be sent to YOUR EMAIL ID.

Submit a COPY of the Exam Fees Receipt and Admission Fees Receipt at the College Office.

The College WILL NOT REFUND any incorrect payment.

Admission Rules & Guidelines

All admissions are strictly provisional subjected to final scrutiny and acceptance by the College and Calcutta University by way of issuing of Registration Certificate.
Admission process will be conducted through the online process only.
Separate application forms must be submitted for seeking admission to each combination of subjects.
False statement of facts by students at the time of filling up of Online Application form or during submission of original documents and withholding of relevant information will lead to the cancellation of the application for admission by the college. The college will also not be held responsible for cancellation of admission for any reason whatsoever by Calcutta University.
Name in the Merit List does not guarantee admission. Admissions will stand closed once the total number of seats available in the college/subject is filled up.
Merit List will be prepared on the basis of marks as submitted through the online process by the candidates.
Extreme care is taken while preparing the Merit list, but in the event of any inadvertent mistake or omission, the college will not be responsible in any way. However, any error/omission may be brought to the notice of the Admission Committee/Principal in writing.
Admission will be done strictly on the basis of actual physical verification of the original documents.
Seats in Elective Subjects are limited. Candidates will be accommodated in the subject if seats are available. In case of unavailability they would have to opt for another elective subject.
Applicants who have passed Class XII exams between 2021 and 2024 may apply only. Candidates must pass in English paper with full marks of 100.
Reservation in SC/ST/OBC/PH categories would be followed as per university rules. SC/ST/OBC candidates from states other than West Bengal are eligible only to apply under General category.
Name in the Merit List does not guarantee admission. Admissions will stand closed once the total number of seats available in the college/subject is filled up.

The following documents are to be produced by the candidate at the time of verification:

  1. Application Form
  2. Admission Fees Receipt
  3. Admit Card of Class 10 / Birth Certificate.
  4. Mark-sheet of Class 12.
  5. Caste Certificate issued from Govt. of West Bengal only. (if applicable)
  6. Aadhar Card.
  7. 1 Coloured Passport Size Photograph.
  8. BPL Certificate. (if applicable)
