Important Information

Eligibility Criteria for English 4 Year B.A Honours Course:

FOR General Categories:

You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:

Minimum of 50% in Best of Four Subjects AND Minimum of 45% in English.

Minimum of 55% in English.

FOR SC/ST Categories:

You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:

Minimum of 40% in Best of Four Subjects.

Minimum of 40% in English.

Available Minor Subjects:

You can only select any two of the following subject; Political Science (PLSG), Philosophy (PHIG), Sociology (SOCG) & LIBRARY INFORMATION SCIENCE (LIS) as your minor subjects.

Available Minor Subjects Combinations:

PLSG & PHIG
PLSG & SOCG
SOCG & LIS

Excluded Subjects:

Some subjects like Environmental Education will NOT be considered for the best four subjects. To see the full list of subjects not allowed in Best Four CLICK HERE.
