Important Information

Eligibility Criteria for Food & Nutrition 4 Year B.Sc. Honours Course:

FOR General Categories:

You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:

  • Minimum of 50% in Best of Four Subjects AND Minimum of 45% in Nutrition / Biology AND Pass in Chemistry.

OR

  • Minimum of 55% in Nutrition / Biology AND Pass in Chemistry.

You cannot apply if you didn’t have Nutrition or Biology in your class 12th Exam.

You cannot apply if you didn’t have Chemistry in your class 12th Exam.

FOR SC/ST Categories:

You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:

  • Minimum of 40% in Best of Four Subjects AND Pass in Chemistry.

OR

  • Minimum of 40% in Nutrition/ Biology AND Pass in Chemistry.

List of Related Subjects:

Apart from Nutrition the following subject is also allowed for application.

  • Biology

Available Minor Subjects:

You can only select Chemistry (CEMG), Education (EDCG) & PSYCHOLOGY (PSYG) as your minor subjects. 

Excluded Subjects:
