Eligibility Criteria for Philosophy 4 Year B.A Honours Course:
FOR General Categories:
You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:
- Minimum of 50% in Best of Four Subjects AND Minimum of 45% in Philosophy / Psychology / Mathematics / Education / Sociology / Political Science.
OR
- Minimum of 55% in Philosophy / Psychology / Mathematics / Education / Sociology / Political Science.
FOR SC/ST Categories:
You can apply if either of the two criteria below are met:
- Minimum of 40% in Best of Four Subjects.
OR
- Minimum of 40% in Philosophy / Psychology / Mathematics / Education / Sociology / Political Science.
List of Related Subjects:
Apart from Philosophy the following subject is also allowed for application.
- Psychology
- Mathematics
- Education
- Sociology
- Political Science
Available Minor Subjects:
You can only select Education (EDCG), Sanskrit (SANG) & Bengali (BNGG) as your minor subjects.
Available Minor Subjects Combinations:
- EDCG & BNGG
- EDCG & SANG
Excluded Subjects:
